That is was based on a true story.
What I didn't like
The muffled phone voice was more comedic than I believe was intended.
My overall impression
Gloria gives an interesting look on an under-represented perspective on World War Two. It was lovely to see a granddaughter take on her grandmother’s story. Amy mixes music, dance, and engaging character for an entertaining and educational ride.
