I really liked how the moments of humor and levity were interlaced with the more serious and dire moments. There were some great points made in there but at the same time he made you cry laughing. That’s not something everyone can do tactfully, but he did it.
What I didn't like
The ESPN bit part of the show lagged a little bit, but maybe it’s because I’m not a huge sports fan myself and don’t watch segments like that often enough to relate to the reference.
My overall impression
Bill had a great grasp of both his subject matter and how to translate it to any kind of audience. He made the experience of being biracial in an America that insists you are not accessible! All in a really funny, engaging, heartwarming, and evocative show.
