My overall impression
Funny, genuine, powerful, and fun. So. Much. Fun. Emily Goglia has managed to create a night full of laughs and heart with her incredible voice and captivating stage presence. As she takes you through a story that we are all too familiar with – a breakup she didn’t see coming – she plays with heartbreak, self preservation, self discovery, and romance in general as she belts and serenades you through it all. Even the technical aspects of the show don’t disappoint, as the band, sound, and light design make a full delight on stage. A great story and voice to match, this is one that you need to see.
