What I liked
The actors seemed like they were having so much fun as these characters which really brought the show to life. I also enjoyed the moments Wiley wrote that reflect the reality of putting this tv show onstage – i.e. Carrie’s VO moments happening first as actual VO sound cues but then happening live onstage affecting the characters in the scene who can see Carrie saying them. Moments like those were fun :)

My overall impression
Laura Wiley does it again y’all! This was such a fun musical! I’ve only watched a little bit of Sex in the City, but you only really need to know generally what the show’s about to appreciate Sex and the Musical. All of the actors did a great job embodying their characters and bringing their own little flair to it. It was so much fun to watch!
