What I liked
Each character got a song to quickly explain their “want” and worldview. Each one was personal, catchy, and hilarious.
Sherry’s fashion disasters.
What I didn't like
At some points, the actors were hard to hear over the music (non-musical portions).
My overall impression
Absolutely fantastic musical. Even with just a passing familiarity with the show, I was right on board with the jokes, the tone, and the songs.
The best part, of course, was the cast. Led by the irreplaceable Sherry Berg, this ensemble killed every minute of the show.
