She found humor and lightness even when weaving in the show really personal heavy experiences. I was really touched by her truth and honesty and I loved how silly and funny she allowed herself to be.
What I didn't like
The show is fantastic as is. If I have to be super nitpicky, there is one thing I wish she had recalled, but maybe she thought about it and decided against it. The portrayal of her father’s shortness is beyond hilarious. When she calls him back in the story when she is 18, I would have loved for her dad to be that same short guy.
My overall impression
Balls’on is beautifully crafted and performed. It left me moved, entertained and energized. Katt’s performance is bold, funny and fearless.
