What I liked

Richard’s songs are so well crafted and his lyrics illustrate his stories with wit and bite. It truly really is a musical journey with twists and turns. Very satisfying.

What I didn't like

I would have liked Richard to take a bit more time with some of the shorter pieces so the lyrics, the most important part of the show for me, can be properly absorbed and digested in time for the next zinger. Also, perhaps, a bit more eye contact.

My overall impression

Richard’s catchy repertoire is both satiric and sentimental, knee-slapping and tear-jerking, peppy and provocative. A palate cleanser between heavier fare. Most of all, it’s fun, and you’ll learn a thing or two!
