What I liked
The principles were so very funny! From demon possession to pirate heists, this show was an excellent satire of modern politics.
What I didn't like
The set design was a bit sparse, but still worked.
My overall impression
I loved the political humor and the cast. Jude Evans and Heather Lynn shine as two washed out/stoned political candidates fighting it out amongst a desolate desert island covered in “Saaaaand.” Excellent show! Donald Trump should be forced to watch “The High Captain,” and completely sober- the serious monologues about racism and sexism in America were some of the show’s best moments (in between laughs).
