Poignant yet hilarious! Very honest, real, and personal storytelling. Jess is clearly a very experienced and gifted actor, and this is a legit theatrical production, with the lighting and staging enhancing the story she tells. The emphasis is definitely on the personal aspect, not the clinical. While this is an intense show, and is rather heartbreaking at moments, Jess balances that with a lot of humor, and the crowd on Saturday night was definitely laughing out loud. Highly recommended – so very worth an hour of your time!
