What I liked
The songs she wrote herself and performs in her show are both funny and powerful. She uses many clever methods to narrate her stories and act out the scenes, including Barbie dolls, videos, conversation, and musical numbers!
What I didn't like
There were some issues with the tech during the show I saw, but such is the nature of show business!
My overall impression
Lisa is a vulnerable, charming, and refreshing artist. She generously shares her experience as an aspiring actress before boundaries in the industry were a thing – the subject of her story is both relevant and told from a truly honest perspective. This is a brave piece!
