What I liked
The lighting and projection scenes were great, because they really helped the fantasy come to life even more on stage, and I thought they did a great job accomplishing that.
What I didn't like
I really liked the lighting and projection effects, but I actually wanted a little more of the silhouetted travelers on their journey from place to place.
My overall impression
It was a fun, fantastical, fish-out-of-water story that had some truth and heart embedded in their journey. The fantasy elements were all there: magic, weapons, fights, powers, lighting, effects, and a lingering evil presence. The actors looked like they were having fun and the audience was as well!
