The simplicity of the set, the great direction and use of space, and masterful switching between characters by the actor made this a memorable piece of theatre.
What I didn't like
Some British expressions may have been obscure for an American audience, but it did seem that some adjustments were made for this production.
My overall impression
Evan McNamara brilliantly plays multiple characters in this tour de force about loss, regret, and redemption. For a character who starts off as a self described “C*&^T”, I was surprised to care so much about his plight that by the middle of the piece, I was crying with sorrow, and by the end, with tears of joy. (That is no exaggeration.) Great acting and directing.
