What I liked
This is one of the best stories about veterans period. Not only does it tackle INCREDIBLY sensitive subjects, but it does so with a degree of respect that is laudable. All of the elements of the drama were planted fantastically and the story gripped me right from the start. The writing is spot on, the acting stellar, and I hope this play has a long, long life ahead of it. It’s uncomfortable and hard to sit through and I mean that in the best way possible.
What I didn't like
My only real complaint is that sometimes the actors didn’t cheat out. Really.
My overall impression
Masterful writing with a cast at the top of their game… This play left me feeling raw in the way that only astounding theatre can do.
