What I liked
I loved the acting ensemble. The were in sync with the,audience and each other. Crazy innovation, rapping, drag numbers and the way this small troupe made it look like a cast of 40. I like the spontaneous jokes. I have seen this director’s work before with Titus last year. Rose Bochner is at the top of her game
What I didn't like
I would not change a thing. The players interact with audience so need the instructions and come having had a few beforehand.
My overall impression
If Shakespeare had seen Mackers, he would written more plays to be spoofed. It is,a hilarious and raucous rendition. The feel good play of the Festivsl.
