This play is really terrific. Now I know what you’re saying: I must be a friend of the writer, Julia Newton. Or maybe she owes me money. Or she’s holding my cat hostage. Wow, you guys are a suspicious lot. The truth is that this one-person performance is poetic, funny, noirishly gripping and even moving. And the performance is absolutely incredible. (Now can I get back my cat?)...

One woman show artfully tells the film noir story of a hard boiled female detective with poetic word play. Piece by piece the twists and turns of the mystery are revealed, and like any great noir tale, the final twist is one you never see coming!...

From beginning to end this show kept my attention. Julia did a great job drawing me into each character and taking me through Rory's journey as the mystery unfolds.
The intimate theater lends itself nicely to the piece.
I highly recommend this show!! You will leave the show still talking about it into the evening....
