About the Project

Ted and Vicki are setting out on a bold and breathtaking adventure and YOU get to choose the path they’ll take! Guide them on their journey as they seek to find love, search for treasure, attain domestic bliss, achieve professional fulfillment, and perhaps even discover the fabled Lost Medallion of Gondalor! Will they succeed in their goals? Will they overcome their challenges along the way? Is free will an illusory concept? Only you can decide! In this interactive comedy, the audience is given the ability to vote on the various choices our brave adventurers are asked to make and reap the rewards, or suffer the consequences!

Fine Young Fugitives are a trio of Nashville theater and comedy professionals seeking to create new, engaging work that focuses on the audience’s experience. Kara, Hayley, and Conway all met on the set of a play about vibrators (but, like, it was a Pulitzer finalist so it was totally legit, guys), during which they found working together to be a tolerable experience and decided to do it again. Past works include a sitcom-style comedic one-act (Phantom Pains); a lizard-person oriented self-help seminar (Being Better at Being); a morning show set in a dystopian future (Up Early? With Bradd and Marci!). They are also sometimes capable of being serious, as seen in works Locals’ Cut: Edgehill, a community-sourced performance piece celebrating one of Nashville’s most historic neighborhoods; as well as a workshop performance of Conjugal, a full-length play written by Preston.
