What I liked

Really strong characterization of a wise, diction perfect NY theatre acting teacher. Could feel the heartache of her struggle and sweet taste of her desires.

What I didn't like

Dad was supportive but where was Mom? Maybe delving deeper into family dynamic and background would give more weight and context for the struggle.

My overall impression

Super cute and sweet story – small town girl hits the big city with big dreams and bitter disappointments. I’m sure many can relate.
