What I liked
The script itself beautifully gives new insight into a story we all think we know. I was thoroughly entertained and I also walked away with a fresh perspective on Diana the real person and not just the princess. I was laughing a lot and then fully crying at the end. That’s what good art does, it takes you on an emotional journey.
What I didn't like
There was a moment when Charlotte was sitting in a chair at stage right and because the person in front of me was so tall I couldn’t see her, I wish that chair had been cheated more to Center. but honestly who cares!! I can crane my neck a little to see such beautiful work being done.
My overall impression
This show was remarkable. Charlotte‘s voice and comedic timing were impeccable and the blending of vulnerability and strength that she was able to convey throughout the performance was extremely effective and affecting. Go see this show!! You will not be disappointed.
