What I liked
The nontraditional structure works so well for this show as characters relive past events while maintaining the conversation with the person they’re telling the story to. It’s as quirky and funny as the characters themselves. And most importantly, each actor is present and reacts believably to the story being told to them while being acted out for the audience.
What I didn't like
The structure could maybe be a little clearer right at the very beginning, but within 30 seconds to a minute you’re right on board with what’s going on!
My overall impression
Super funny with a lot of heart! Each character brings the laughs while also maintaining a grounded perspective on their crazy relationships and actions. Loved the structure of the play as well as we lived in both the past and present. The actors have fantastic energy and keep you engaged until the very end!
