What I liked
While this show often plays light and sexy, it actually runs quite deep as it explores how we as women relate to our bodies and our sexuality, and how we pursue our dreams when it seems they are out of reach. I found myself in tears a couple of times, laughing hysterically at other moments, jaw on the floor in awe often, and deeply inspired to step into fears in my own life. Cat is stunning, sensual, smart and so funny! The magic, the burlesque, the storytelling, all of it kept me engage from the moment I walked into the theatre and still thinking about it days later.
What I didn't like
It was perfect as it was. Yet, if there is anything Cat feels like adding to it, I’d love to see more.
My overall impression
Well if my standing ovation didn’t convey my absolute love for this piece, perhaps what I wrote here will finish the job.
