What I liked
My son and I would have loved the bocce geometry dash court and campfire if the weather had been better, but the inside gym and spa, complete with a sauna and steam room, was a great alternative. I had one of the nicest facials I’ve ever had—the very moisturizing Signature Facial, which delivers pure oxygen to the skin. My skin was radiant, and we felt completely rested and at ease as we headed home.
What I didn't like
Though the numerous well-thought-out facilities are completely contemporary, the hotel is a throwback to a time when elegant service and beautifully designed décor were the mainstays of luxury lodging.
My overall impression
In the evening, we strolled over to The Left Bank, a bistro-style restaurant with a chic atmosphere of understated elegance and impeccable service, for an early supper. French gastronomy, such as steak au poivre, confit de canard, and onion soup gratinée, is served on the menu using ingredients that are acquired locally. The restaurant gets its produce from The Weston’s small-scale farm, which also has a big impact on the menu, weekly specials, and drink recipes.
