Review by ALMA FERNANDEZ

What I liked

The way the artist was able to take me into her world and make me feel the fear that she felt growing up.

What I didn't like

The multiple personality kids she used as part of her play. They threw me off and it interrupted the flow of the play for me.

My overall impression

I loved this play. I am a huge fan of the performing arts and being able to see new and innovative plays is a real treat for me. This play allowed me to look at the challenges and difficulties that individuals have gone through in their life; and also see the fears that people have about laws, policies, and rhetoric used in our current political climate that may be deemed frighting to some.

HOBOKEN

After a one-night stand, Jack and Erica try to uncover more of each other. She wants to be an actress and he's a mysterious Irishman who has the money to make her dreams come true - until an unspeakable act leads to an explosive climax in: HOBOKEN.

WHOAH! LOOKS GOOD! Seriously. #Seriously

From 2x winners of Best of Fringe! Boxing Your Demons: Like if David Lynch became a health/fitness influencer and made an immersive theatre show about cognitive dissonance. Cute workout clothes and chakra crystals recommended. #gratitude
