What I liked
Danna’s unique voice and story-telling ability. I liked (LOVED) every story regarding Rebecca, especially when she was in Italy—- I could literally listen to those stories all day. I think those were my favorites, the “behind the scenes” stories that gave us an insight and inside glimpse of Rebecca. You really got the feeling you knew her a little as the show went on, and I liked that, liked hearing all the stories that gave us a taste of her. I am so sorry she is gone, she would have continued to accomplish so many things!
What I didn't like
Seriously, I don’t think anything could be improved. I absolutely LOVED the photo that is displayed at the very end, and the pose Danna strikes along with it. Honestly, if I had my way, I would request more photos of Rebecca sprinkled throughout, but am not sure if that would ultimately take away from the beautiful, riveting, sometimes harrowing story being told on-stage. She was such a one-of-a-kind girl, I’ve long wished for any kind of book about her…..this show was right up there in terms of that, for me. If we don’t have a physical book, I am thankful for this show.
My overall impression
Absolutely, positively beyond amazing. Spell-binding, riveting, spectacular. Not enough space here to write how deeply this impacted me. Would LOVE to see it again! Danna is unbelieveable and really moves you. You WILL NEVER forget this show, it leaves such a huge impression. Thank you to Danna for being brave enough to do this!
