I loved ‘the beginning…setting the stage, so to speak…getting to recognise this wonderful mother -daughter relationship…such respect and trust they shared.
Delightful “Roman holiday” they had together……….so much welcome humor to relieve the sorrowful out come…… and lovely resolution
a lesson to us all…. Still I couln’t shake the sadness for the rest of the day and evening. I forgot to mention the dancing and humor that went along with!!
What I didn't like
I really cannot thing of anything that did not work…so well presented.
My overall impression
Wonderful writing…performed with such authenticity….lively humor and
a good deal of unapologetic pain…………at times so difficult to bear.
Ultimately uplifting…although the climate we live in at the moment gave much
pause for thought and sadness. I’m too close to it all to be really objective.
