What I liked
I loved the writing and thoughtful way the stories word into one another. A writing tour de force.
What I didn't like
There were a couple (literally only 2) where the transitions were tough to follow. But I was able to figure things out pretty quickly.
My overall impression
Kathryn was incredibly compassionate, thoughtful and honest in how she represented the homelessness problem in LA. There are so many stories and perspectives and she did a great job capturing them in a sincere way!
