What I liked

I loved the story of birth and the experience of giving up of a child. This is one of the most intense and heartbreaking experiences a person may have to go through, yet it’s almost never the subject of a work of theater. I also loved the sock theme that re-occurred throughout the piece.

What I didn't like

The show could have been helped a lot with lighting. An unintentional stripe of light leak from the projector was the most interesting lighting effect, but it was distracting more often than it worked.

My overall impression

Wonderfully absurd and yet just enough narrative to keep interest. The integration between the animation, puppetry, and movement was well done.
