I had no idea what to expect from this show but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was super cool that it was presented like a Hollywood Script. This show which is at the Hobgoblin Theatre in the heart of Hollywood is the perfect setting for this kind of story. It’s a truly “Hollywood-esque” story about dispicable characters living in LA and doing their thing, Just trying to survive in a superficial world. ... full review

Great idea and lots of energy. If you liked Swimming With Sharks and The Player, you'll like this ride. F*ck 12 steps. Do it in 3!... full review

It was a fun care-u-sell ride with plenty of laughs—some of them might be uncomfortable for a PC crowd. It tried to cram a convoluted story—but one that could be followed fairly easily (with a healthy sprinkling of disbelief)—into such a small setting. One of the themes of this play is possession is 9/10 of the flaw. (Here, possession could be anything, including blow). You're entering a circle-jerk of 12-step programming where Hollywood producers, sponsored by other Hollywood bigwigs attending a myriad of 12-step programs, have side jobs as sponsors. One sponsor has cut them down to three.... full review

If one is ensconced in 12-step world (as I am) the experience is both hysterical and uplifting. I howled with laughter through the play, much like I howl through my own recoveries. I found this production’s irreverence, profanity and rage strangely SOBER. It mirrors my own method of trudging through each day on the road of happy Destiny and coping with the confounding relentless revelations afforded by reality when one begrudgingly awakens to it. Watching the play was as potent as my last LSD trip, but kinder and more spiritually satisfying. I bow to the entire creative team behind this show: the splendid writers and director, as well to the wildly talented cast. Well-done! ... full review

Fun concept. The humor is unapologetic and crass so I wouldn't bring your kids to this one. The cast was having a great time, the audience was packed with supporters, and the material hits home for some of us long time Hollywood Dreamers. ... full review
