What I liked
The honesty. Steve’s writing and performance mines some dark place that many people (more than will admit) should find relate-able. I could hear audience members emotionally reacting to revelations. Some heartbreaking, some uplifting, but most importantly all of them real and honest.
What I didn't like
I would not presume to tell someone sharing so much so intimately what they should improve about their story. That being said, most premieres are works in progress and I am sure Steve’s show will grow and evolve with more performances. But this, as it is, is a fantastic insight into a human being and therefore just fine as it is. :)
My overall impression
Brilliant. I feel bad for anyone who missed this :)
