What I liked

This team is a solid night of theatre. Keep an eye out for the actor who plays John, what he does with little dialogue is infectious and impossible not to watch. Want to see a show about him.

What I didn't like

Prologue needs clarity. Script deserves two acts with more levels to stand as political conspiracy drama, especially in the heat of the most captivating political climate in recent history.

My overall impression

This show is bold, mainly for telling a conspiracy story in the midst of some rather captivating current conspiracies and political drama. Overall, directing wise you can see the talent and understanding for staging and pacing but the show needs another 30 minutes at least. These guys are going to put on competent theatre but with such a grand story the material deserves more time, especially if the audience is to stay engaged. With obvious affection for Tarantino, the writing feels most motivated with things the writer understands like the Beatles and a dream like wonder, but seems to float around solid political pacing and conspiracy drama archetypes. See the show for sure as this team is worth investment, but this won’t quite satisfy the juicy American urge to be in the room where conspiracies happen.
