What I liked
The intimacy of the space and the comfort with which Stacy engages with the audience lets us all be in it together, cheering her on. Her story about David’s life and work are fascinating – definitely need to read his book now.
What I didn't like
The lighting was sometimes uneven – but hey, that’s Fringe. :-)
My overall impression
Stacy’s brave vulnerability, honesty, and total likability make this solo show fully engaging, emotional, raw, and uplifting. The music was a beautiful backdrop as well, and I loved Stacy’s sense of humor in the face of our darkest moments – it’s so important in life!
