This is incredibly well produced, written, directed, and acted. Love is love is love is love...and it's not morose or a downer...it leaves you thinking and more elevated. It is full of surprises, steers away from tropes and emotional traps. It is funny and poignant and well worth a visit.... full review

The intimate space was perfect for this drama. I honestly cannot say enough. This work is great for teens to senior citizens. Only 1 hour so it holds your attention. We need artists telling stories in this way with our current climate of intolerance right now. I did not know what to expect and left pleasantly surprised by the talent overall and the story itself. I called friends right after the performance and will be encouraging others on FB and twitter to attend. It's a beautifully told work and I think everyone should see it.... full review

Rogue Machine again hits the high mark! This play is serious stuff and yet it humanizes and personalizes a very difficult subject and a traumatic tragedy. The script is articulate and eloquent, the direction is spot-on, and acting has both range and depth. Most actors play two roles and the contrast between characters is so phenomenal that you think you are seeing two different actors. This play is story-telling at its best that is poignant and heart-wrenching. Bring a tissue box as it is all-consuming as a five-hanky experience. And it is well worth the experience for everyone to see.... full review

The play is beautifully written and directed with characters who are witty, fun, thought-provoking and real. The dialogue is comprised of genuine conversations you hear daily from those you might label liberal or conservative, giving humanity to both even if you don't agree with their choices. Most of the actors play duo polar opposite roles, committing fully to every word and action. Great piece evoking laughter and tears. ... full review

The use of religion is always difficult but it was used carefully within the script. Well done...And maybe a little more poetic in terms of Enrique. I loved Rumi being used at the end and the quote worked well. I feel like Rafi should have been saying the poem with Enrique at the end as another layer of the newfound love he found. Overall, I enjoyed the show, it was unique in it's dealing with a tough subject matter. ... full review

Not all of Fringe can be fun-and-games. Audiences (like me!) adore fun but we also want theater that helps us to understand what’s going on IRL (in real life). This excellent, thought-provoking world premier ensemble drama was inspired by the 2016 shootings at the LGBT Pulse nightclub in Orlando on “Latin Night” in which 49 (mostly Latino) people were murdered by a single gunman. The play explores how “fundamental belief systems can give a perverse inspiration to the execution of hate in the name of ‘love’.” Great acting and writing. ... full review
