What I liked
Delightful romp, plays upon some very topical issues (namely, immigration, xenophobia and terrorist paranoia in the context of current politics) in a tongue-and-cheek, high energy spirit. The lead characters are very engaging, fun sexually charged physicality, lots of laughs.
What I didn't like
I would have liked to have seen more exploration of yoga and the protagonist’s deep relationship to the practice and what it means to him, how it bridges the gap between his cultural background and this urban world he’s struggling to assimilate. I think some more attention to the spiritual aspects of the character – pertaining to his yoga career – to offset the cartoonish elements of the piece would make for a strong counterpoint.
My overall impression
Very enjoyable, upbeat, funny and relevant piece, I recommend it.
