Review by BRET SHEFTER

June 26, 2017 certified reviewer
tagged as: dramedy · character study · original · Good acting

What I liked

The characters, and the performers who portrayed them well.

What I didn't like

I would say the actors were a little stronger than the material. Not that the script was weak—it wasn’t!—but I’d call the script “good” and the acting “great.”

My overall impression

Two essentially independent two-person plays, interwoven together. Good script, characters with interesting arcs, strong performances. Plenty of humor, but also some more serious issues. Needs a sequel!
