What I liked
The show was funny and honest. I felt like justabout every character was someone I could meet in real life. Each character shines in an intimate setting such as the theatre.
The subject touched on so many different ways to feel othered or outcast and was able to express authentic reactions to those feelings. I loved that this play wasn’t a fairy tale. But also wasn’t overly pessimistic. It lives in a realm that feels so real, the audience hurts and loves when the characters do.
The staging and blocking worked well. I liked feeling like we were jumping into personal scenes between all the characters without ever losing touch with adjacent characters. It’s all right in your face but never feels overwhelming.

I just want it to be longer. I want to keep following the characters around. See where they really end up.
My overall impression
A really great work. It’s compassionate. And gives us a real look into some folks we may have never seen otherwise. Definitely worth a watch or two.
