Naked Shorts (less is more)

This was a waste of a Sunday afternoon. We could of been naked around the pool. Too many theaters are booking some naked amateurs actors and collecting money without any act. A few years ago talent comedians performed naked to a naked audience and a great time was had. But lately it's all no material and nothing ng else to offer.... full review

To Those two women who shared their stories with us, I love you, I commend you. To the show, please advertise as what you are, a slightly offensive advertisement to be a nudist. Then I'll know what I'm walking into. And next time your preview runs over or you lost an actor or feel less than stellar about your performance please do not apologize to people via the fringe site, it made me want to write a review more. ... full review

I applaud having a naked show for a naked audience, which I enjoy participating in, but I wish the performance was better. Neither the scripts nor the performance ability is worth attending. Only the shared nudist experience is good, and nothing more.... full review

Naked Shorts, is a production for enthusiasts by enthusiasts. Supporting local art is important, or else all we will have is the same exhausted stories time and time again. I have a love hate relationship with black box theater. While it is a true theater of the community, it takes a savant mind to fill a completely dark, (bare) tall square. This incarnation of Naked Shorts isn’t perfect, but they are not missing their passion, they are not missing the drive to create a naked safe space, they are not missing the love of art. It was interesting, a nude variety show, both the audience and performers being nude. It wasn't the first time I have experiences such a thing but these were short quick sketches with a variety of performers. One sketch hearkened back to the show the previous year.... full review
