What I liked

They also spotlight a local hero in the city for every show. The guest of honor was a 10 year old girl named Khloe. Khloe started an organization called KhloeKares where she, her mom and volunteers, walk around LA cities handing bags full of supplies for the homeless. They made a video of her charity work that was heartwarming. She (and her mom) was in the audience. It was cool to meet her; I’ve seen clips of her charity work before on Facebook.

What I didn't like

I wish it was a tighter show in general as far as transitions into following pieces, stage movement, and voice confidence.

My overall impression

This is a diverse ensemble that gets together and they write skits, monologues, etc. revolving around topics. Topics included Black Lives Matter, an ode to black women, inner thoughts, cultural appropriation, and so on, all in comedic pieces. I was laughing out loud throughout the show.
