What I liked
Transitions between scenes and a wide array of characters was handled quite well. Huffman performed an interior dialog with a projected image of herself flawlessly.
What I didn't like
That Blind Melon song. Kinda over it.
My overall impression
Before you roll your eyes at the thought of another solo show of an actress fighting her eating disorder, you need to know that Kate Huffman subverts, undermines and explodes every familiar trope of the genre in her incredibly brave, kick-ass performance piece. It will be a long time before you see a solo show with the intensity, creativity, humor and brutal honesty of this one.
