What I liked
This show boasts stellar writing. Not only was the show well thought out and highly educational, but deeply personal and funny, and most of all extremely relevant. His brilliant use of Yellow-washing iconic superheros (and villain) immersed the audience seamlessly into the Asian-American male experience. He tackles stereotypes, representation and challenges masculinity portrayed by the media. In the midst of Hollywood whitewashing, this show is a must see for all.
What I didn't like
Its already sold out. You’ll have to wait-list or hope he gets an extension. I almost didn’t get to see it.
My overall impression
There is a reason this show has been show has been sold out! It was a marvelous experience the see a boy become a man through the lense of the Asian-American experience.
