The diverse cast of all women. Some touching moments, some funny, some very honest. Everyone was very committed and you could tell a lot of love, passion, and personal pain was put into this. I think everyone could relate at least to a few of the honest examples of being hard on yourself.
What I didn't like
I thought there was opportunity to go further into the realities of depression. Being so short, there were times were it felt it was scratching the surface of certain issues and things weren’t connected in the end as much as could have been in a longer show. The cast, although wonderfully diverse, was made up of a wide range of acting levels and a few left me craving a bit of a deeper performance.
My overall impression
Important, relevant issues being explored in a simple concept- the struggle of battling all the voices in one’s head while trying to live up to society’s expectations.
