What I liked
This show is very unique. A silent film adapted for the stage. The dance numbers were the best part of the show. The production made great use of the stage, costumes and props.
What I didn't like
The style sometimes work against itself. The story was told through narration while dialogue was projected on to the back of the stage as the actors pantomimed. A wonderful concept bringing it to the stage, but I can’t say it was effective in doing so.
My overall impression
A seamless production nonetheless.
