My overall impression
Last night I saw the opening of the 13th Grade and had more belly laughs then any play or movie I have seen since The Book Of Mormon. From the opening song to the last dance number this show was nonstop funny; the wipe the tears from your eyes funny. The original and refreshing, if not naughty, script was superbly acted by an amazing cast of characters. It played like a brilliant Saturday Night Live sketch you want to replay over and over again.
An impressive element was how, in under 60 minutes, one could identify and fall in love with all 11 characters and their particular idiosyncrasies. An absolutely fabulous show. A must see!
