What I liked

Good music and the Bella parody was everything.

What I didn't like

The British accents left something to be desired, and sometimes the dialogue writing relied too much on things lifted straight from the Buffy show. I don’t think the parody of the yellow crayon speech really landed, but I might be too much of a Buffy fan to have unbiased feelings about it.

My overall impression

I liked the energy and music. The show is self-aware of it’s fan fiction roots and doesn’t shy away from it. As a Buffy fan, I liked the Buffy/Dawn song the most because it was a good balance of commentary on the show and saying something new rather than some other moments that felt like rehashing of familiar territory. The fight scenes were exciting, for the size of the space!
