What I liked

A unique way to deal with a traumatic event. Bonnie is very powerful when she deals with how the trauma impacted her life. I was engaged. She also has an amazing singing voice; and I was captured by the power of her song; and her voice drove it home.

What I didn't like

I found the approach a bit frenetic and difficult to follow. I had trouble identifying the different characters. A nit point, I found Bonnie’s shoes distracting. They made noise as she moved around the stage. I found myself focusing on her shoes.

My overall impression

Bonnie takes a very creative approach to telling her story. I applaud her ability to think outside the box. I personally prefer a more traditional, linear way to tell a story so I can follow easily from beginning to end. I was working too hard.
