My overall impression

This show is engaging, thought-provoking, and seriously entertaining. The cast is composed of many talented women who reinvigorate the classical text with interesting and relatable portrayals of Shakespeare’s characters. The main actress, playing Prospero, is incredible – she gives a complex and dynamic performance that takes the audience on a journey that explores themes of justice, cruelty, redemption, and ultimately, sisterhood, with the women around her.
