The Little Mermaid: A Movement Piece

What I liked

I thought the characters were well defined and very believable in their roles. I loved that the actors were able to maintain this through the sound difficulties.

I like that the story mostly kept to the original Hans Christian Anderson story.

What I didn't like

Aside from the obvious issues with the sound breaking up at the end of the performance, I thought that the sound and music selection was too amateurish and uninspired.

Stage lacked dimension, but served okay for the story.

My overall impression

Great acting.
Great retelling of the original story.
Uninspired sound/music.
Uninspired staging.
