What I liked

Brilliant writing by award winning writer/producer, Steven Vlasak!!! The Introduction and Intermission by Nicholas Daly Clark as Robert Benchley is engaging and entertaining; immediately transporting viewers back in time. Richard E. Harris as Piano Man is enriching, transitioning each scene beautifully.
Loved Christopher Tedrow as mystery man Jack Beck,
Erin Jo Harris as Sally Ardith, and Roz Stanley as Dorothy Parker all are outstanding in their performances!

What I didn't like

The pace of the puns and double entendres was quick, but I feel that was the intention of the writer, as it was trying to convey the authentic atmosphere in which these characters truly lived in during their meetings.

My overall impression

Nights at the Algonquin Round Table is witty, engaging, and entertaining from start to finish! A play that effortlessly captures the time and place of historical significance, leaving you wanting more! You don’t want miss this jewel of the Hollywood Fringe Festival 2017; only 3 shows left!
