What I liked

The balance of dialogue to music was perfect, and the timing of the play flowed very nicely. Stand out performances for me were Kate Ponzio’s funny and endearing HANK, and Clayton Farris’s earnest CHRIS.

What I didn't like

Truly the only critique I would give is that, while all the actors were strong, they had varying strength in their singing. It may due to different projecting abilities, but Brent Lydic, while very funny as MILES, didn’t feel as confident with his musical numbers as some of the rest of the cast.

My overall impression

This was a fun, cute and clever original musical. I wasn’t in the best mood going in to it, but I found myself just grinning the entire time. Tons of fun, with some really good performances too. I’m so glad I went!
