I felt as though the writing and staging were particularly well done. The sound effects also played into it as well. They did a lot with a very little (basically a black box with 2 actors, one of which usually is alone on stage for long stretches of time.
What I didn't like
I’m not sure how to make it any better. I think maybe the marketing could have been better, While the story is religious in nature, I think the concepts and subtext have a much wider audience. I think many Fringers might shy away from the show because they think it’s not their cup of tea. They are definitely missing out, though.
My overall impression
It’s not a subject matter I usually gravitate towards, but it was an entertaining hour that never got too preachy. Well-written and well-staged, this show is definitely worth checking out.
