The Rising

What I liked

Presents a distinctive point of view that does not overwhelm the intrinsic nature of the characters themselves, or their relationships. Elements of a near-future with references to technological embellishments that could have sidetracked a play, but were written and acted so well as to add to it instead.

What I didn't like

My overall impression

Should be watched – commentary both timely and at its heart timeless, written and performed engagingly, a great Fringe find.
