The mother character’s arc – from flamboyant to enfeebled – is the inverse of the protagonist’s arc – from victim to empowered. Really satisfying.
What I didn't like
I would have loved even more! I wanted to know more about the acting jobs and more about mom’s demise. So great.
My overall impression
Engaging, funny, emotional.
